1. Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible for Return

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong size, color, or item delivered
  • Products that do not match the description or images shown on the website

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and personal use reasons:

  • Innerwear (underwear, lingerie, bras, briefs)
  • Swimwear and beachwear
  • Socks and hosiery
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Jewelry and accessories that have been worn
  • Products with visible signs of use or customer-caused damage

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account on bregalmart.com
  2. Go to My Account → Orders
  3. Click Return/Refund next to the relevant order
  4. Fill out the return form and select your reason
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Send the parcel through any reliable courier (Aramex, DHL, SMSA Express, or Fetchr)

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our Dubai warehouse, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For credit/debit cards and digital wallets, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer size or color exchanges (subject to stock availability). Please follow the same return process and mention “Exchange” in the return form.
