Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–4 business days. In Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Express delivery is available and usually arrives in 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM GST are processed the same day.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Defective, damaged, or wrong items are eligible for return or refund. Innerwear, swimwear, socks, and personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
Yes! We offer free size or color exchanges (subject to stock availability). Simply initiate a return and mention “Exchange” in the return form. You will only pay the return shipping cost; we will cover the shipping for the replacement item.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later), and local UAE payment options. All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. We do not store your card details.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package anytime from My Account → Orders or directly on the courier’s website (Aramex, Fetchr, SMSA, or DHL).
