1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST are usually processed the same day.
  • During peak periods (Eid, sales, or holidays), processing time may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

Within the UAE:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
  • Courier Partners: Aramex, Fetchr, SMSA Express, or DHL

International Shipping:

  • We ship to selected countries worldwide (GCC, Europe, USA, Asia, Africa, etc.).
  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination.
  • Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • Free shipping thresholds are clearly shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Track your order anytime from My Account → Orders or directly through the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate. Bregal Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. What Happens if You Are Not Available at Delivery?

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If still unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the nearest courier office for 7 days.
  • After 7 days, the order may be returned to our Dubai warehouse and a refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report it with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • In case of lost shipment (verified by the courier), we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
